Safe more enjoyable Anal sex.
1. First timers
So you fancy trying anal sex? Its not as bad as it sounds and in fact is an enjoyable part of many peoples sex lives. Practiced correctly it can actually be quite pleasant but done incorrectly can lead to problems and just become a pain in the arse!
The first thing to consider is the average penis is quite a large object to have inserted into your anus and if forced by an over eager partner it will only lead to a painful experience and possibly internal tearing that could mean you end up with an embarrassing trip to the local emergency room. So first rule is taking it slowly.
Before your partner enters you or you enter your partner, you need to make sure you have relaxed the muscles in your bottom. This can be done by gently inserting a well-lubricated finger and slowly and gently fingering the anus until you feel it has relaxed and there is less resistance. Also the key to good anal sex is lubrication. Buy a water based quality lubricant and use plenty of it. To be honest when it comes to anal sex you can never use too much. The next thing to consider is to use a condom. Even if you and your partner are sure you have no sexually transmitted infections, you still need to consider that the anus is not always the cleanest of places. Bacteria inside the anus can still cause urinary tract infections and with a condom and lubricant you are far less likely to end up with a poo-covered penis!
Insertion.
Because of the position of the anus the best way to try it first time is with your partner bent over in front of you (doggy style). After relaxing the muscles and covering your penis and your partners anus with plenty of lubricant you are ready to try entering him or her. Take it slow! The most painful part of entry is the first inch or so until the muscles have relaxed and adjusted to the width of the inserted penis. Gently insert just a small amount of your penis at a time and stop until your partner relaxes and feels they can take a little more. If your partner complains of pain you need to stop or you may cause damage to them. Insert a little then stop for a while when you both feel ok insert a little more. When your partner feels ok with you inside him you can start to have slow gentle sex building up very slowly until you get to a speed where it feels good for the both of you. After you ejaculate withdraw your penis slowly.
The person who has received the anal sex may experience some slight soreness after and the anus may seem a lot more open and stretched than normal. This should return to normal after an hour or two.
Done correctly and not rushed anal sex can be a very pleasant experience for the both of you. Having a penis inside you may sound uncomfortable but with care it can actually feel great. Some people prefer to start with a finger and then a small slim anal sex toy before penis entry relaxing the muscles a little at a time to accept larger objects.
A word of warning is that HIV (Aids) is very easily transmitted through anal intercourse so use of a condom is highly advised. Safe sex is good sex !

A good idea is to practice inserting a butt plug or anal toy before trying the real thing !
